[feature] Add timed reload in CoreTableController controllerDidChangeContent

Reported by mklaurence (at gmail) | March 8th, 2010 @ 09:12 PM | in Beta release (0.9)

It would be nice to have a minimal delay (100ms or so?) in controllerDidChangeContent before reloading table data; this will prevent the table reloading several times (or hundreds of times!) when lots of data is rapidly being changed (e.g., when deserialization is occurring.)
